Villa Cervarolo is available to rent most of the year. Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday and guests are asked to arrive after 4.00pm on their day of arrival and to leave no later than 10.00am on their day of departure.

In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 30% of the full payment must be made at the time of booking. The balance of the payment must be made 56 days prior to your departure date. If you are booking within 56 days of your departure date then the full payment must be made at the time of booking.** Plus winter heating supplement of £100.00 per week payable with balance payment.
A security deposit of £1000.00 is payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded in full 14 days after your departure from the property if no deductions are required.
